Welcome to Le Charme Suites

To maintain the comfort and safety of all guests, we ask that the following rules be observed during your stay. Please read these policies carefully before making your reservation.

Check-In / Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Noise & Behavior

  • Parties and Events: Allowed until 10:00 PM only out of respect for Baguio's quiet hours
  • Loud Music: Not allowed at any time
  • Prohibited Activities: Illegal substances/sessions and similar activities are strictly prohibited

Important Notice

We take noise complaints seriously. Violations of quiet hours may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors.

Visitors

Visitors are allowed depending on the unit. Please inform us ahead of time for approval.

Visitor Guidelines

All visitors must be registered at the front desk. Unregistered visitors may not be permitted on the property. For safety and security purposes, please notify us of any expected guests.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and at your own risk.

  • Smoking inside units is strictly prohibited
  • Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in designated receptacles
  • A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking violations inside units

Pet Policy

Pets Welcome

Pet Fee: ₱500

We welcome well-behaved pets! Please note:

  • Pet fee of ₱500 applies per stay
  • Pets must be supervised at all times
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
  • Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest

Fireplace & Cooking

  • Fireplace Use: Permitted in designated units
  • Cooking: Allowed; equipment is provided
  • Safety: Guests must observe fire safety and proper equipment use

Safety First

Please familiarize yourself with fire safety equipment locations. Never leave the fireplace or cooking appliances unattended. Ensure all flames are completely extinguished before leaving the unit or going to sleep.

Loss & Damage Policy

Any lost items or damage to the property, furnishings, equipment, or linens will be charged based on actual value.

  • Inspect your unit upon check-in and report any existing damage
  • Handle all property with care
  • Report any accidental damage immediately
  • Charges will be assessed and billed accordingly

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit & Payment

Initial Deposit

50% deposit required upon booking

Balance Payment

Remaining balance due 24 hours before check-in

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 5 working days before check-in → eligible for refund
  • Refunds processed within 5 working days after approval

Cancellation Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be received at least 5 working days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Requests received after this period will not qualify for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Guest may reschedule once only, subject to new date availability.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 working days before check-in
  • New dates are subject to availability
  • Only one rescheduling is permitted per booking
  • No additional fees for rescheduling within the allowed timeframe

No-Show Policy

Deposit Forfeiture

The 50% deposit will be forfeited if:

  • No refund request is received
  • No balance payment is made
  • No rescheduling request is communicated

At least 24 hours before check-in

We understand that plans change. Please communicate with us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

Acts of God / Emergencies

For natural calamities and force majeure events, refunds may be issued subject to documentation and management approval.

  • Typhoons, earthquakes, floods, and other natural disasters
  • Government-mandated travel restrictions or lockdowns
  • Medical emergencies (with proper documentation)
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond guest control

Emergency Situations

In the event of force majeure, please contact us immediately with relevant documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually by management. We aim to be fair and accommodating during difficult circumstances.
